PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
When your order has been registered in our system, it will be considered binding.
At the same time, Mission Critical Designs is committed to that order, as long as your order does not deviate from what we are offering in our web-shop or through our marketing. Still you have the right to return your order according to Norwegian trade laws.
Once MCD have received your order we will confirm it, by sending you a confirmation document.
When you receive your confirmation; read it thoroughly and check if it is according to your order. If not, let us know and we will correct it.
We seek to give you correct information about our products. Reservation: Mission Critical Designs takes no responsibility for errors in price listed and errors in content or stock on our web-shop or other marketing.
Mission Critical Designs reserves the right to cancel your order or parts of your order if the product is out of stock. If this situation occurs we will inform you, and in some cases, we will see if we can offer you another product. You have the right to accept or decline our new offer.
When you purchase anything from us, you will have to register name and address. We are responsible for all the information you give us. The information will only be used for shipping and for our own statistical purposes. We will not give that information to any third parties or being used for marketing purposes. According to law, it will be possible to get insight into what see have registered about you and you will have the right to get this information deleted.

All prices are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK). excluding VAT, when you are browsing our site from outside of Norway. We will use Posten Norge or other shipping companies. Shipping to Svalbard or other Norwegian addresses abroad will not be VAT charged, but extra shipping costs may occur.

You can decide which shipping-address you want. A receipt and return/ refund formula will be shipped with your order.
We will ship your order as a package vie Postens “Norgespakken”. This is an ensured system. That means that we carry the risk until you have received your purchased products. Normal shipping-time is 2-7 days after we have received your order. We will inform you if this is not doable, and give you an estimate of delivery-time or if the item you ordered is out of stock. All orders must be verified by DIBS before shipping. Sometimes this will make delays, and sometimes the order will be canceled if the address is believed to be insecure ( for instance postbox-address or company-adress). In such cases, you will be contacted within 24 hours after we have received your order, and you will be given the possibility to change address.
Your local post-office or shipping company is responsible for handing you note to pick up your goods.
Goods that are not picked up or you refuse to receive will return to Mission Critical Designs. We will charge the customer shipping and an extra fee of 250 NOK. Depending on the product and length of delays you will have the opportunity to cancel your order.
We have no control on delays in periods with a lot of traffic. For instance Christmas holiday. If you live outside Norway or want your order shipped abroad, please contact:

For international shipping we will operate with other types of shipping and longer shipping-time.
At Mission Critical Designs you will have multiple payment-methods when you buy from us. You can choose between VISA or MASTERCARD or you can contact us by mail or phone for pre-payment or other alternatives.
If you choose to pay with credit-card, the payment amount will be reserved. If a reservation can’t be made, we will cancel your order. You will receive a notification that we could not make a reservation.
You will only be charged for items once they have shipped. Our partner is DIBS and is done via encrypted connection.
Product exchange are acceptable. You can change model, color, product or other as long as you return your goods during the 30 days from receiving them. The goods must be returned in the same condition and in original wrapping. All certificates and formulas shall follow the goods. The return/refund formula shall be filled in. Make a clear statement of your exchange needs and we will contact you and make sure it will be right the next time. You will be charged for shipping. If you want to change for a product with higher price, we will contact you so we can charge you the outstanding money. If you choose a cheaper product, we will pay you back to the credit/ debit card you used. If you get the wrong product, we will do an exchange and Mission Critical Designs will pay the extra shipping.
Although Mission Critical Designs delivers top quality products, there may be manufacturing defects. If you find any errors or omissions, is sent free to Mission Critical. New or repaired product will be shipped as soon as we have received and checked the wrong item by our professionals.
This must be done within a reasonable time after you discovered the error or defect. We recommend consideration of evidence that the complaint submitted in writing by mail firstname.lastname@example.org or letter.
We will confirm receipt of all complaints of goods returned to us or our service center for inspection or repair. The right to complain applies for two years after you acquired the product, or five years if the product is supposed to last considerably longer than two years. Guarantee or warranty works
Even if Mission Critical Designs offers products of the highest quality, production-failures may occur.
If you got a faulty product, send it to Mission Critical Designs without any extra costs. We will send you a new or repaired product, as soon as our staff has checked it.
Please send your product within reasonable time after discovering the fault. We recommend you to write us a mail or email, when it comes to describing the faults of the product:
We will then confirm when the faulty product has arrived our store or technical support service for inspection, repair or replacement. Your product-guarantee is two (2) years after you received the product, or five (5) years after, if the product is meant to last this long.
Some of the items Mission Critical Designs sells are under manufacturer’s warranty. If the item comes with a manufacturer’s warranty card, Mission Critical Designs recommends you fill it out and send it to them.

Norwegian return policy gives you as a consumer the right to return all the things you have purchased in our web-shop. Norwegian return policy gives you 14 days after receiving your order to return the stuff you purchased. We give you an extended period of 30 days.
All items returned must be unused, undamaged and still in their original wrapping. Refunds will be granted customers after inspection of goods by the Mission Critical Designs staff. Exchanges for other products offered in our web-store is accepted. Customer will need to pay return charges for any
Unit/ Departement sales are the only exception to this policy.

A guide to do returns:
1. Fill in the refund/ return form that you received with your goods. Collect the goods in their original wrapping and the filled-in forms and go to your local post office.
2. At your local post office you can send your return-goods by using “Norgespakken”, Ekspress
over natten” or “rekommandert”. We will not accept any other shipping method for Norwegian customers.
3. Customer will pay returns, unless Mission Critical Designs sent you the wrong product or we are talking about warranty issues.
4. As soon as we have received and inspected the goods, we will send you a confirmation mail.
Your refund will go to your payment-card or your stated bank account. If you do an exchange for a product with less value, we will refund the difference before we send you the new
